Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered. By placing an order through our website or authorized channels, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
General Policy
Pharmaceutical products require strict quality control, storage conditions, and handling procedures. For the safety of patients and in compliance with industry regulations, products once delivered are generally not eligible for return or exchange except under specific circumstances described in this policy. Kasdap Healthcare reserves the right to evaluate each return request individually.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund: delivered pharmaceutical products; opened or used products; products with damaged or removed packaging by the customer; products stored improperly after delivery; products returned without prior authorization; products purchased through unauthorized channels; and special-order or customized products. For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines cannot be re-entered into the supply chain once they have been delivered and accepted.
Eligible Return Conditions
A return request may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product Received: If a product is delivered in visibly damaged condition due to transportation or handling issues.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the delivered product differs from the product confirmed in the order.
- Missing Product: If an item is missing from the delivered order.
- Manufacturing Defect: If a verified manufacturing defect is identified in the product.
- Expired Product: If a product is delivered with an expiry period that does not meet applicable supply standards.
All claims are subject to verification and approval by Kasdap Healthcare.
Reporting a Return Request
Customers must notify Kasdap Healthcare within 48 hours of delivery if they wish to report damaged products, incorrect products, missing products, or quality concerns. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. When submitting a request, customers may be required to provide: order number, product details, batch number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.
Inspection & Verification
Upon receiving a return request, Kasdap Healthcare will conduct an internal review and verification process including order verification, product inspection, batch verification, logistics review, and quality assessment. Approval of a return or refund is subject to successful verification of the reported issue. Kasdap Healthcare reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet policy requirements.
Refund Policy
Where a refund is approved, refunds may be processed through the original payment method. Approved refunds may be issued for: incorrect products supplied, verified damaged products, missing items, and approved quality-related issues. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after final approval.
Replacement Policy
In cases where replacement is deemed appropriate, Kasdap Healthcare may offer a product replacement, product exchange, credit adjustment, or alternative resolution at our discretion after review of the claim.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to internal processing status. After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Kasdap Healthcare reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after shipment processing has begun.
Limitation of Liability
Kasdap Healthcare shall not be liable for losses arising from improper product handling after delivery, incorrect storage conditions, unauthorized product use, delayed reporting of issues, or customer negligence. Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the affected product or order.
